Job Duties (Summary):
- Provides supervision and leadership to direct reports including technical assistance, setting goals and assignments, and support of daily duties. Formulates, affects, interprets, and implements department policies and procedures. Performs talent management activities such as onboarding, development and training, performance evaluations, application of personnel policies, and performance management.
- Monitors and audits required paperwork and/or data entry. Approves requisitions for equipment and supplies; maintains inventory; completes all reports and other forms.
- Works cooperatively with other staff, parents, caseworkers, referral sources, specialists, etc., to achieve program goals and maintain program compliance.
- Trains new team members; assists staff in obtaining and maintaining certifications. Develops and demonstrates knowledge of Early Intervention Evidence-Based Practices and current developments in the field.
- Performs other duties as required or assigned
- Bachelor's degree in early childhood education, public of health administration, social/human services, or related field
- Four years of full-time paid work experience in early childhood/early intervention programs or services for individuals with developmental disabilities
- Must be eligible for and obtain Ohio Child Care Resource and Referral Association’s Early Intervention Service Coordinator Supervisor Certification
