Job Overview :
The Office of Connie Pillich, Hamilton County Prosecuting Attorney, is seeking a qualified Receptionist for the Hamilton County Prosecutor's Office.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Receives and screens incoming telephone calls to Prosecutor's Office main phone number.
- Greets, screens and assists persons entering the Prosecutor's Office.
- Answers routine questions and provides general information.
- Researches information as requested by general public.
- Assists co-workers as needed.
- Performs various clerical duties (filing, copying, and distributing documents).
- Sorts and distributes mail.
- Registers police officers, victims and witnesses for Grand Jury cases.
- Takes and keeps accurate notes; timely and effectively communicates information to appropriate person(s).
