Preferred Qualifications (Education, Experience, Licensure, and Certification):
- Experience in valuation and data collection of residential properties:
- Currently Licensed or Certified Appraiser preferred
- If not currently licensed or certified, must meet State of Ohio requirements to become Licensed/ Certified Appraiser
Job Duties (Summary):
Perform fieldwork to verify data or collect new property information in your own vehicle with mileage reimbursement. Ability to measure residential improvements. Read and interpret residential blue prints and plat maps. Consistent and predictable attendance
Knowledge and Skills:
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Detailed oriented
Consistent and dependable analytical skills.
General understanding of approached to value of residential real estate.
Computer skills and ability to work with multiple systems such as MS Word and Excel
Reliable attendance (on site).
Positive, can-do attitude
