THIS IS A PART-TIME POSITION.Under general supervision, develops, coordinates, and implements recreational programs and activities, with a focus on special events, for the citizens of Hamilton County.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (Essential functions, as defined under the Americans with Disabilities Act, may include the following tasks, physical requirements, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other characteristics. SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION
An Associate’s Degree in a Wellness or Recreation related field and two (2) years of direct work experience in a customer service or general office role. Must possess a valid driver’s license.ORThe equivalent of a high school diploma and four (4) years of direct work experience in a customer service or general office role. Must possess a valid driver’s license. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: This position requires work that is performed in an indoor and outdoor environment. May demonstrate and/or participate in a variety of recreational activities including the set up/tear down of supplies, equipment and materials for special events.
