As an Account Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to the Program Management department. You will assist with a variety of trade show programs and events and coordinate logistics arrangements. You will also work with customers and partners to provide exceptional service.
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
Performance will be evaluated based on fulfilling the responsibilities of the position described in a timely, accurate, professional and responsive manner; participating as part of a team; and developing and maintaining positive relationships with company employees, customers, and vendors.
Responsibilities
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following, which are representative of the skills and abilities required.
· Support in the daily business of the Program Management department including general office work and administrative tasks.
· Create jobs, issue work orders, and issue change orders.
· Reconcile receipts and payments.
· Collect Invoices.
· Order graphics.
· Maintain orderly and complete job files.
· Coordinate tradeshows, meetings, events, and other face-to-face marketing opportunities as needed.
· Actively manage and track inventory for a variety of assets for multiple customers.
· Book freight, manage logistics, track, and trouble-shoot delivery or return issues as needed.
· Able to lift 40lbs, walk through warehouse,
· Provide exceptional customer service.
· Some overtime required including weekends, mornings, and evenings.
· Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
· Some college preferred.
· 2 years’ work experience to include meeting planning, event management, and tradeshow event services.

Pay: From $41,600.00 per year
