Hamilton Exteriors specializes in windows, siding, and exterior renovations, with a primary focus on Hardie siding installations. We are looking for 1-2 painters to join our team to handle exterior painting after our siding crews complete their work.
Job Description
The Painter - Siding Specialist will be responsible for preparing and painting newly installed Hardie siding and trim. The role involves taping, masking, and using a paint sprayer to apply a clean, professional finish.
Responsibilities
- Follow behind siding crews to tape and mask off windows, trim, and other areas
- Use a paint sprayer to apply an even finish to Hardie siding and trim
- Ensure proper surface preparation and quality control
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Work safely on ladders and at heights
- Submit photos of completed work with applications
Requirements
- Experience with paint sprayers (airless preferred)
- Prior exterior painting experience (especially Hardie siding is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce professional results
- Ability to work efficiently behind siding crews to meet project timelines
- Must have reliable transportation
- Comfortable working on ladders and scaffolding
