Full-Time Building Maintenance Worker - Golf Club

Responsibilities:

• Perform minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and painting repairs as necessary
• Implement preventative maintenance measures
• Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies
• Complete inspections of all facilities
• Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol
• Operates vehicles to and from work areas and hauls equipment, parts, supplies and debris for disposal
• Moves furniture as necessary
• Performs other duties as designated by the Facilities Director

Qualifications:

• One or more years of experience in maintenance work
• Solid understanding of a variety of repair techniques and tool operation
• Ability to work in a physically demanding job that includes heavy lifting and standing

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

• Work tasks are performed indoors and outdoors and involve physical strength and endurance
• Must be able to work in varying temperatures and inclement weather
• Must be able to lift and transport up to 50 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis
• Must be able to drive golf carts and use maintenance related equipment
• Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
