Job Summary : The Certified Recovery Specialist - COE is responsible for the coordination of care to eligible opioid dependent individuals to promote healthy outcomes. In addition, this position will explain advantages of applicable service opportunities suited to the patient’s apparent situation, including but not limited to; support services offered by Hamilton and in the community.
Essential duties and Responsibilities :
The Intensive Case Manager / Certified Recovery Specialist performs a wide range of duties, including, but not limited to the following :
Minimum Education / Certifications : High School diploma or equivalent, required. Associate degree with Certified Recovery Specialist or Certified Family Recovery Specialist certification, preferred. Certified Recovery Specialist or Certified Family Recovery Specialist must demonstrate they’re working with a sponsor, levels of improved balance in their lives, establish healthy boundaries, serenity, etc.
Minimum Work Experience : Minimum of two years’ experience working in case management or human services field.
Other Requirements : Reliable transportation to travel throughout the service area to meet the immediate needs of the client(s) is required. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to clearly communicate issues to all levels of management. Knowledgeable in The Joint Commission regulations and bi-lingual Spanish speaking, preferred.
