- Conduct regular audits of pharmacy operations to ensure adherence to established protocols.
- Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and healthcare staff to promote best practices in medication administration.
- Provide training and support on compliance-related issues, including proper inventory management and purchasing.
- Review and update compliance policies and procedures in alignment with current medical standards.
- Assist in the development of educational materials related to patient service and safety protocols.
- Investigate compliance violations and implement corrective actions as necessary.
