Summary
We are seeking a diligent Housekeeper to join our team at Hamilton Healthcare System. In this role, you will be essential in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout our facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for both patients and staff.
Responsibilities
1. Cleans bathroom and basin.
2. Dusts furniture and dusts and wet-mops floors
3. Stocks bathroom with expendable supplies
OTHER SIGNIFICANT REQUIREMENTS:
- Follows aseptic procedures and procedures for using precautions when involved in direct patient contact or handling potentially infectious materials.
- Follows safety guidelines and policies for the healthcare system.
- Follows Environmental Services Patient Care Procedures.
- Cross-training in all areas and buildings.
- Health.edu training.
- Maintain confidentiality while working on confidential matters daily.
- Adheres to Hamilton Healthcare System’s Behavioral Standards.
- Emulates the customer service expectations for Accountability, Respect, Integrity, Service, and Excellence.
- Maintains HIPAA compliance at all times.
- Abides by the Hamilton Healthcare System Personnel Policy and Employee Handbook.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
