The Opportunity
Join our Investment Services Group as an Evergreen Product Associate in our Suburban Philadelphia – Conshohocken Office. The Investment Services Group at Hamilton Lane supports the fundraising efforts and ongoing servicing solutions offered across investment platforms, including closed-end and evergreen products.
As an Associate, you will focus on day-to-day product operations in support of fundraising and relationship maintenance for our evergreen products. This entails working within and outside of the team to maintain marketing materials, responding to inbound requests from clients and prospects, and developing a deep knowledge of our evergreen product offerings.
The successful candidate must be highly motivated, able to communicate effectively and operate in a cooperative and deadline-driven environment where priorities often change.

Your Responsibilities Will Be To
This position will work closely with several professionals in various internal departments across the firm to ensure deadlines are met, materials meet compliance requirements and data points are accurate. In this role, you will be involved in the following:
- Assisting with supporting the team in building and maintaining relationships with HL’s Evergreen Fund investors. This includes, but is not limited to, providing support to the Evergreen sales team, and updates to existing clients.
- Creating investment summaries, presentations, pitch books, fact sheets, and fundraising letters.
- Developing and providing compelling quantitative and qualitative support in the pursuit of new business opportunities for new and existing clients.
- Working with the Sales organization in coordinating materials and presentations for fundraising efforts, new business pitches, and on-site due diligence meetings.
- Helping to maintain the RFP response database and work across teams to support the completion of RFPs and questionnaires. This includes gathering information, writing, proofreading, editing, data manipulation/verification, formatting, and printing in the compilation responses.
- Working with Platform Specialists to improve upon the representation of analytics, metrics, and data utilized in sales presentations while supporting content creation and maintenance of sales enablement tools with the RFP and marketing teams.
- Assisting with ongoing reporting obligations to distribution platforms and distribution partners.
- Completing ad-hoc sales-support requests and projects.
- College degree (B.A., B.S. or B.B.A.)
- 3 years of work experience in the financial services industry, preferably within product marketing or management
- Highly motivated and organized; detail-oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and be able to prioritize workload
- Proactively identify challenges and offer solutions
- Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
