As a recognized leader in providing Private Markets Solutions to clients across the globe we manage approximately $129.9 billion in discretionary assets and have oversight of an additional $810.4B in non-discretionary assets as of June 30, 2024.
The Opportunity :
As an Associate within our Venture and Growth Equity Team, you will assist the deal leaders in sourcing, evaluating and managing venture and growth equity investment opportunities (funds, co-investments and secondaries). The role will also include aspects of portfolio management, client communication and business development support.
Your responsibilities will be to :
- Support all aspects of venture and growth equity investments, including funds, co-investments and secondaries.
- Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investment opportunities, including financial analysis, market research, and competitive assessments.
- Participate in due diligence meetings with General Partners and management teams.
- Prepare detailed investment memos and presentations to support decision-making process.
- Assist in sourcing new investment opportunities and managing investment pipeline.
- Support the management of existing investments by monitoring performance, analyzing financial reports and tracking updates.
- Assist in preparing and presenting client materials.
- Manage day to day communication with General Partners.
- Assist in the management and training of Analysts.
- Oversee special projects including, but not limited to, industry analyses, specific geographical studies, marketing materials and strategic deployment plans.
- Stay current with industry news, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to provide actionable insights.

Salary range for this position is $100,000 - $145,000.
