The Opportunity
The Digital Marketing team is responsible for developing, implementing and executing the digital components of the overall corporate marketing strategy, promoting the company's websites, social media platforms and other web-based resources. Our knowledgeable team is actively involved in marketing campaigns while upholding brand standards within growth and demand generation efforts, along with cultivation and retention support.
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring daily and periodic content updates of digital properties, with a heavy focus on website content and updates. You will work in tandem with the Digital Marketing team to ensure proper functionality of Hamilton Lane’s website, email and Marketing/Tech properties. Additionally, you will be responsible for design, content management and execution of digital marketing collateral, adhering to brand standards in collaboration with the Art Director.

Your Responsibilities Will Be To
- Comply with all web best practices and guidelines;
- Execute robust A/B testing strategies to optimize our content and increase engagement & performance;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support multi-channel campaign efforts to achieve company goals and drive results;
- Track and analyze results of campaigns to drive future strategy and identify opportunities for growth;
- Create project timelines to be shared with Marketing/Communications stakeholders and internal clients;
- Promote and foster an innovative team culture by monitoring latest industry thinking to inform direction for future strategies;
- Coordinate with team to maintain company website and other digital channels regularly by updating content, refreshing imagery, monitoring UX;
- Provide backup on the email marketing campaign production process and execution of the email marketing content calendar.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related subject;
- 1-3 years’ experience designing and building marketing campaigns, creating content, executing campaign automations or an equivalent combination of education and experience;
- Demonstrated ability using creative design software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or related products to build sophisticated marketing campaigns;
- Experience creating, editing and problem-solving responsive HTML/CSS code (.Net) preferred;
- Proven ability to execute A/B testing strategies and dynamic content;
- Experience building HTML email campaigns through an Email Service Provider (Kentico preferred);
- Understanding of privacy laws such as CASL, GDPR, etc;
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment with a minimum of 4 days per week in office.
