As a Sr. Software Engineer, you will support the next phase of growth for our Cobalt for Limited Partners technology solution (www.cobaltlp.com). This is an exciting opportunity to join an entrepreneurial team set within a successful, supportive, and innovative market leader. We are dedicated to delivering technology-driven solutions to our clients, and you will be working on a technology product that is growing rapidly.
We are looking for help across our entire technology stack. Skill, aptitude, drive to learn, and cultural fit are valued above experience in any individual technologies or languages. Your energy and drive to tackle new challenges will be met with a high degree of autonomy in a collaborative team environment.
Expert knowledge in the following disciplines will place you ahead of the curve :
- Python : Flask, SQLAlchemy
- Databases : SQL, Postgres, ORMs
- JavaScript : React, Knockout
- Keyed storage : Mongo, Redis
- Dev tools : Git, Vagrant, Fabric, Docker, AWS, Jenkins

Salary for this position is $150,000-$175,000. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including heath care, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. Your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.
