THE BUSINESS

Identified as one of the top 10 ENR Contractors, the organisation is seeking to strengthen their senior leadership with whom will be responsible for a project portfolio with Caltrans ranging between $50-250m and will be a recognised leader with 10-20 years of experience in the industry.

THE ROLE
- Overall responsibility for the delivery of multiple projects encompassing bridges, roads and wider heavy civils transportation work.
- Implement Zero Accident Philosophy, and other Environmental, Safety and Health methods to ensure everyone on the jobsite goes home safely every day and stakeholders’ considerations are met.
- Ensure that the highway project teams and subcontractors comply with policies and procedures at all times.
- Key experience dealing with Caltrans in the past will be highly desirable.
- Provides full support to enable suitable and sufficient engineering deliverables to be prepared, reviewed and issued in a timely manner.
- Maintain a record of all documentation relating to the delivery of the project at a site level and communicate to Executive Leadership.
