You will be responsible for providing accurate cost estimates for projects, analyzing data, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.Responsibilities : Cost Estimation : Utilize your expertise to accurately estimate project costs, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor expenses. Employ appropriate methodologies and tools to produce reliable estimates within defined timelines.Data Analysis : Analyze historical data, industry benchmarks, and market trends to enhance the accuracy of cost estimates. Continuously refine and improve estimating techniques based on feedback and lessons learned from completed projects.Stakeholder Collaboration : Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers, engineers, and procurement specialists, to gather necessary information and insights. Work closely with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain quotes and negotiate pricing when required.Proposal Development : Prepare comprehensive and persuasive proposals based on accurate cost estimates.
