What are the responsibilities and job description for the Grounds Lead - FT - Days position at Hamilton Medical Center Inc?
Hours: 6AM - 2:30PM
Days: Monday -Friday
JOB SUMMARY
Individual Assist supervisor is directing and managing landscape maintenance crew to ensure all Hamilton owned properties are maintained on a weekly rotation. Individual maintains the grounds of the medical center and other medical center owned buildings. Individual work is outside, noisy and dirty. Individual may be required to work a flexible work schedule. The work is moderately heavy. Individual must be in top physical condition. Individual must be able to adjust to changing tasks.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school graduate preferred but not required. Must be able to interpret and follow oral and written instructions.
Licensure: NA
Experience: 5 years of leadership/experience in care of lawn, shrubbery, hedge and trees.
Skills: Mechanical ability and leadership ability.

Work is moderately heavy. Must be in top physical condition.
