Description :
Hamilton Memorial Hospital District is seeking a highly qualified primary care or family medicine physician for Rural Health Clinics (RHC) in McLeansboro and Carmi, Illinois. The physician would join an established outpatient-only practice, which currently includes two Physicians and five Advanced Practitioners.
Position highlights :
220,000 base salary plus additional compensation opportunity
Rural Health Clinic outpatient only
Advance Practice Provider supervision stipend

Flexible Schedule - over 5 weeks paid time off including 5 days CME and holidays

Emergency services are available 24 hours a day in our 5-bed emergency department
Hamilton Memorial Family Clinic is attached to Hamilton Memorial Hospital District. A satellite clinic is located in Carmi, Illinois, a community located 20 minutes east of McLeansboro
Specialty care presence is offered through clinics including behavioral health, cardiology, general surgery, nephrology, podiatry, and wound care
