Shift: 12-hour shifts, 7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.

Wage Range: $29.17 - $42.00

Hamilton Memorial Hospital District (HMHD) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Charge for our Emergency Department. This full-time position offers a dynamic and rewarding role, providing essential care in a 6-bed Emergency Department within a Critical Access Hospital. The RN Charge Nurse will be responsible for overseeing nursing staff during the night shift and ensuring the efficient delivery of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and coordinate care in the Emergency Department during the night shift
• Supervise nursing staff, ensuring the highest standards of care
• Provide direct patient care, from minor injuries to life-threatening conditions such as heart attacks or strokes
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver optimal patient outcomes
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and support for the nursing team
