Hamilton Memorial Hospital District has an immediate opening for a weekend Information Desk Clerk. This position will be for Saturday and Sunday 8:00am-4:00pm. At HMHD our mission is to enhance the delivery of healthcare to our community and the surrounding area by providing accessible quality healthcare services.
The Information Desk Clerk will direct phone traffic, as well as visitors/patients/vendors being received at the Main Lobby reception desk.

Position Responsibilities:
- Provide courteous and accurate information for patients, families, visitors and ancillary areas.
- Promptly, politely and professionally answer telephone calls using scripted language in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Participate as a team member within Business Office and hospital wide.
- Assist the Business Office with other office duties as assigned by the Revenue Cycle Supervisor.
Qualifications: Excellent customer service skills
Training and Experience: Healthcare experience preferred, but training is available.
