Hamilton Miller & Birthisel LLP is actively seeking qualified Legal Assistants to join our Litigation Defense Firm with 5 years functioning in an insurance defense capacity with specific experience in auto/trucking/transportation, commercial litigation, premises liability & bodily injury type matters.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, a team player, and a great multitasker
- Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledgeable in state & federal court rules
- Prior trial experience is a plus
