Hamilton Miller & Birthisel LLP is actively seeking qualified Legal Assistants to join our Litigation Defense Firm with 3-5 years functioning in Law Firm or Legal environment in our Orlando or Miami offices, working specifically in the areas including but not limited to: Premises and Product Liability, Property & Casual, Negligence Security, Personal Injury, Maritime, Construction Defect & First-Party Property, Auto/Trucking/Transportation and more.

- Experience working in a legal/law firm or alike professional environment

- Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledgeable in State & Federal court rules
- Prior Trial experience is preferred
