Hamilton Park Center for Nursing and Rehabilitationis looking for a Certified RespiratoryTherapist (CRT) to join the team at our Skilled Nursing Facility in Brooklyn,NY!

Certified Respiratory Therapist Responsibilities
- Set up and operatevarious types of respiratory care equipment for resident diagnosis andtreatment
- Performs patientassessment and develops a comprehensive care plan
- Modifies therapy planto maximize the efficacy of the therapyregimen
- Review data in theresident record including history, lab data, radiological studies, progressnotes, respiratory and cardiovascular monitoring data
- Document / recordrespiratory therapy data
- Administer and modifyvarious respiratory therapy procedures
- Assess resident'soverall status and progress
- Educate residentsand / or family members on how to properly take medication and use equipment
- Assist in respiratorytherapy practices under the supervision and guidance of an RRT
- Perform any servicesand assignments within the scope of practice of a CRT
