Dietary Aide Responsibilities
- Serve meals inaccordance with established portion control procedures
- Assist in daily orscheduled cleaning duties
- Set up meal trays,food carts, dining rooms, etc. as instructed
- Assist cook inpreparing meals
- Distribute and collectmenus as necessary
- Prepare and dispose offood and waste in accordance with sanitary guidelines
- Ensure that food andsupplies for meals are readily available
- Assist in inventoryingand storing in-coming food, supplies, etc. as necessary
