We are seeking a Mid-Level Civil Engineer specializing in land development to join our dynamic team. This role involves site design, permitting, and project management for residential and commercial development projects. Key Responsibilities :
- Site Design & Engineering : Develop grading, drainage, and utility plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D ; design stormwater management systems, erosion control measures, and infrastructure layouts.
- Regulatory & Permitting Compliance : Interpret zoning codes, land use regulations, and environmental constraints; prepare and submit permit applications for local, state, and federal approvals.
- Project Management & Coordination : Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables; collaborate with architects, surveyors, environmental consultants, and contractors.
- Technical Oversight : Monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and constructability; assist in cost estimating, bid preparation, and technical documentation.
