Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary patient care in the ICU setting.
- Monitor and evaluate patient conditions and vital signs diligently.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments effectively.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to strategize and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain precise and comprehensive patient documentation.
- Adapt to float between ICU and Progressive Care Unit (PCU) as necessary.
- Strong clinical expertise in both ICU and PCU environments.
- Proficiency with Cerner electronic health record systems.
- Exceptional decision-making and critical thinking capabilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
- A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in an ICU role.
- Experience in a Progressive Care Unit is advantageous.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Tennessee.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications are required.
- An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is mandatory.

- Tax-Free Stipend: $749.00
- Work Schedule: 36 hours weekly, featuring 12-hour shifts.
