- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients within the Medsurg unit.
- Monitor patient conditions closely and communicate any changes to the healthcare team.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments effectively.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and execute care plans.
- Educate patients and their families regarding health management and discharge procedures.
- Proficient clinical assessment abilities.

- Must hold a current RN license in the state of Indiana.
