TRAVEL - RN - ICU
Length: 13 Weeks
Weekly Gross: $2126.80
Tax Free Stipend: $1.162.00
Hours: 36 hours per week
General Job Duties. Types Of Procedures Required.
Job duties include taking care of patient population with the diagnosis of ADRS, Craniotomy, Pneumomia, Hypothermia, Trauma, Sepsis, STEMI but not limited to with nursing skills. General patients on this unit.
Equipment utilized in the unit/dept.
Computer, vitals machine, IV pumps, vents, Bipap/Cpap, vigelo, Swan (when float to CTICU- no fresh hearts), Baloon pump, cooling blanket, hoyer lift, camino, tube feeding pumps, sequntial machines, foot pumps, defibrilator, train of four, doppler
Required Skills And Minimum Years Of Experience.
2 years of recent critical care experience.
Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required.
Active MD or compact state RN license, Active BLS and ACLS - must be American Heart Association. CSC certification is perferred, but not required.
Shift or schedule requirements.
12 hour shifts including weekends, holidays, no call. Will indepndently take care of their patients but will not be alone on the unit by themselves.
Floating to over units/departments.
Only in the census is down. Primarily to another critical care unit such as PCU, CTICU.
