Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to patients following established treatment protocols and individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop customized treatment strategies.
- Monitor and document patient progress, making adjustments to treatment as necessary.
- Collaborate effectively with members of the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with best practices.
- Active and unrestricted Physical Therapy (PT) License in Arkansas or Compact PT License.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in the field of physical therapy.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Familiarity with Cerner EMR is an advantageous asset.
- A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Proven experience with a minimum of 2 years in a clinical setting, demonstrating a commitment to patient care.
