- NJ Principal’s Certificate Required (Standard, Provisional, or CE)
- Minimum of five (5) years of successful teaching experience;
- Administrative Experience (a plus)
- Knowledge/experience with early childhood/elementary best practices (particularly Mathematics and English Language Arts);
- Understanding of teacher observation/evaluation process;
- Ability to manage local, state, and federal funds (school level);
