What We Offer:
- Starting salary of $130,000
- Opportunities for career growth within the practice
- Health, dental, and vision insurance
- Paid time off and holidays (starting at 100 hours per year for full-time roles)
- 401(k) with employer match of up to 3%
- $2,500 annual CE allowance
- Five months paid parental leave (two months paid by the hospital, three months covered by PFMLA)
