The Banquet Captain is a vital role to the Banquet and Sales Team, by ensuring meetings and events are correctly set-up to guarantee memorable experience for our guests. BANQUET CAPTAIN JOB DUTIES:
The Banquet Captain is responsible for supervising the banquet staff, operations, and guests of banquet experiences at private functions.
Their duties include:
Planning dining events
Managing the food and beverage service
Delegating opening/closing responsibilities
Tending to guests' requests and complaints
Ensuring all guest needs are addressed while focusing on providing outstanding customer service
Must be able to lift up to/over 50lbs.
