Forest Hill Heights, a premier, all-inclusive senior living facility where residents can live a longer, healthier, and more fulfilling life, is hiring a Nurse Case Manager.
The Nurse Case Manager is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and coordinating all case management activities with residents to evaluate the medical needs and to facilitate the overall health and wellness of the residents.
You will do meaningful work every day, that is heavily focused on administration and paperwork. There is no staff management required.
Qualifications:
Valid RN License in the state of MD
Certified Case Manager preferred.
CPR and First Aid required (we can help obtain, if necessary).
