As a Recreation Aide you’ll be responsible for….
The creation and implementation of engaging recreation activities or programs for a diverse group of people
Leading and supervising recreation activities to ensure residents are engaged in the activity, are having fun, and are all actively participating
Encouraging participation in activities by promoting positive experiences events to residents
The set up and take down of all planned activities prioritizing cleanliness and organization
Communicating effectively with staff and residents to ensure a collaborative and uplifting environment

Required:
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be able to lift over 25 pounds
