Your key responsibilities will include overseeing medical and clinical practices, guiding quality assurance, and providing direct patient care at our Hamlet and Laurinburg locations. We are part of Acadia Healthcare's Comprehensive Treatment Centers, operating 258 treatment facilities across 38 states. Our network offers a range of services, including detoxification, residential treatment, and outpatient programming options.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the quality, efficiency, and delivery of medical services within the clinic
- Develop and implement protocols and guidelines for medical care of patients
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, accreditation standards, and CTC policies
Requirements:
- Doctoral degree in Medicine (MD or DO)
- At least 3 years of experience in behavioral health, substance use (SUD) treatment, and/or MAT program
- No history of alcohol or drug misuse for a period of three years before employment
