Your role is vital in supporting our team and providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities : Answer calls, schedule appointments, and manage client inquiries. Greet clients, check-in pets, and prepare exam rooms. Process prescription refills and relay client messages. Maintain a clean and safe clinic environment. Perform end-of-day tasks (balancing register, reconciling transactions). Adhere to safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance. Continuously develop skills and engage in ongoing learning. Qualifications : 1 year of experience in a veterinary setting preferred. Familiarity with veterinary software and medical terminology a plus.
