Job Description
- Be the main point of contact with the MSP (Managed Service Provider…Tech Star) our IT provider. Manage annual contract. Have a pulse on their level of service to the Hamlin Building Center team members.
- Train new users as well as encourage existing employees to utilize TechStar.
- Manage all Tech Assets and facilitate repairs and upgrades as directed by TechStar.
- Oversee all 3rd party softwares used by HBC by keeping a pulse on how they interact with other softwares and holding the power users accountable to their assigned areas.
- Manage technology needs for employee transitions, focusing on secure onboarding and offboarding processes
- Advocate for cybersecurity awareness among Hamlin leaders and staff, highlighting its importance.
- Relentless Obsess over ensuring all HBC teams have the tools they need. Ensure their systems are working well to allow them to perform their duties.
