Hamlyn Williams has partnered with one of the largest foreign banks, based in NYC, NY that are looking to hire an AVP, AVP, Regulatory Reporting. This role is on a hybrid basis three days per-week on site. If you are not able to work on site, please do not apply.
As the AVP, Regulatory Reporting, you will:
- Prepare, examine, evaluate, and submit regulatory documents and reports, working closely with other departments, non-branch entities, and the Head Office to guarantee timely regulatory filing compliance.
- Proficient understanding of FR Y-10, FR Y-7, FR Y-7Q, and FR Y-7N reports.
- Manage and compile data, reports, and other materials needed for audits and regulatory inquiries.
- Monitor compliance with OCC capital equivalency deposit requirements, FDIC asset pledges, and asset maintenance obligations.
- Oversee software updates and perform necessary testing.
- Prepare, review, and analyze monthly reports on OCC capital equivalency deposits, asset maintenance ratios, and FDIC pledged assets for regulators.
- Uphold the functionality of regulatory reporting software.
- Oversee software updates and conduct testing as necessary.
As the AVP, Regulatory Reporting, you will need:
- B.S. Degree, MBA/MS is nice to have
- 4 years of experience within financial services with a focus on regulatory reporting
- Experience with the FRB, OCC, FDIC is required.
- CPA Certification is nice to have
- Must be a U.S. Citizen OR Greencard Holder
Salary : $60,000 - $145,000
