What You’ll Do:
- Lead the design, support, and maintenance of the site’s Delta V systems, ensuring seamless operation from raw material receipt to drug substance disposition.
- Define and execute the Delta V strategy while serving as the primary technical owner and SME for the system.
- Manage vendor relationships, oversee upgrades, and maintain system performance and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with Quality, IT, and other teams to optimize processes and ensure compliance with cGMP and global standards.
- Support compliance inspections, risk assessments, and investigations while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Deliver key projects and monitor metrics, KPIs, and performance to ensure operational excellence.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 6 years in manufacturing (preferably in biopharmaceuticals or pharmaceuticals), with at least 2 years in Execution Systems, Automation, or IT roles in GMP-regulated environments.
- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Delta V, MES (Werum PAS-X preferred), S95 systems, and automation networks.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related discipline.
