General Counsel/Chief Risk Officer

Overview :

This role will be pivotal in shaping the company’s legal and compliance functions as it continues to expand within the fintech, banking, and mortgage sectors.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as General Counsel, overseeing all in-house legal matters and managing external legal resources.
• Provide strategic legal and regulatory guidance to the executive team to ensure compliance with banking, fintech, and mortgage regulations.
• Collaborate with leadership to bring more legal work in-house and develop a robust internal legal framework.
• Ensure alignment with the company’s culture and values, fostering a positive, flexible, and collaborative work environment.
