About the Role :
We are seeking a driven Recruitment Manager looking to build a lasting legacy for themselves and their team. Given our strong reputation on the East Coast for Compliance and Financial Crime recruitment within FS and Consulting, the Head of Compliance will inherit established candidate pools, a strong BD database and multiple MSA / PSL agreements.
The team will be made up of 360 recruitment consultants but will have continued inbound jobs provided by our Client Growth & Executive Search practices.
In addition to our extensive sales database, our marketing function will actively be performing outbound marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness within this community and to provide marketing qualified leads for the team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Targeting new clients and top tier talent while acting as a consultant between the candidate and client, coaching both through the interview process.
- Lead a team of specialized 360 / full desk FS recruiters, being a recruiting business partner, and subject matter expert
- Work closely with the Director of Financial Services to build out operations and strategy for organization
