What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Risk Advisor position at Hamlyn Williams?
The ideal candidate for this role will have extensive experience in Property Management risk, Real Estate, and general 3rd party risk, and will be able to provide strategic guidance to Hamlyn Williams' Financial Services client.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive risk management strategy.
- Collaborate with departments to develop and implement risk management plans.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Build strong relationships with insurers, brokers, and other stakeholders.
- Develop and implement training programs for risk management administrators.
- Lead cross-functional teams to address complex risk management issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- ARM, CPCU, or RIMS-CRMP certifications preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a corporate risk management role.
- Proven track record of managing complex risks and developing effective risk mitigation strategies.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
