Hamlyn Williams has partnered with one of the largest banks, based in NYC, NY that are looking to bring on a VP CUSO Regulatory Change Management Officer.

This role is on a hybrid basis three days per-week on site. If you are not able to work on site, please do not apply.

As the VP CUSO RCM Officer, you will:

• Monitor regulatory changes affecting CUSO, ensuring timely compliance and continuous effectiveness of the Regulatory Watch Program. Support CUSO's efforts to further develop and mature the regulatory change management program over time.
• Manage the vendor tool used by CUSO and its entities for regulatory change management. Serve as the primary contact for vendor tool representatives and support teams, overseeing the resolution of open tickets and issues with the vendor
• Maintain and update policy and procedure documents to align with regulatory guidance and industry standards.
• Lead the regulatory change process, ensuring CUSO and its entities have a structured approach to manage the impact of new, amended, or retired regulations and associated obligations.
• Oversee and, where needed, improve training materials and delivery to in-scope employees, incorporating methodology updates, industry best practices, and lessons learned.
• Oversee the implementation of the region-wide CUSO Compliance Regulatory Watch/LRR program, making sure its successful implementation.

As the VP CUSO RCM Officer, you will need:

• B.S. Degree Required
• Experience leading small teams of 2-4 people
• 7 years of experience in compliance within the financial industry
• 2 years of experience in Regulatory Change Management
• Experience with compliance rules and regulations (such as FED, NYDFS, SEC, CFTC, FINRA) and banking regulations (BHCA, Reg Y, Reg K, etc.)

Knowledge of regulatory and compliance obligations for a Foreign Bank Organization (FBO) operating within the U.S.
