The Opportunity
Hammack Law Firm seeks a Director of Operations/Firm Administrator to provide strategic leadership by working with the Owner to establish and achieve goals, strategies, plans, and policies for company growth. As DOO/firm administrator, you will execute the business plan and achieve P&L results by leading, managing, and holding the team accountable for commitments, fostering a strengths-based company culture that encourages creativity, leverages individual strengths, and ensures accountability for both personal and company goals.
You will remove obstacles and barriers, manage major projects, standardize and systematize work, and integrate all major functions of the business. You will work with the Visionary to filter and translate ideas into functional plans of the business.
This role requires in-depth experience in the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) and ownership of the vital Integrator role. The ideal candidate is someone of high moral integrity who consistently displays perseverance and is growth-minded in their approach.

Hammack Law Firm was founded in 2008 by Paul Hammack after nine years practicing with large law firms in Georgia and South Carolina. The firm represents insurance carriers, businesses, and individuals in general litigation, trucking accidents, personal injury, fire claims, admiralty and maritime claims, and corporate disputes before state and federal trial and appellate courts.
