SCHEDULE : Monday - Friday, 8 : 30am - 5 : 00pm
JOB DESCRIPTION - OFFICE ASSISTANT
Answer and efficiently route multi-line phone calls to the appropriate team member.
Accurately input data in a timely manner.
Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
Perform general office tasks and errands as needed.
Handle photocopying, scanning, and filing of documents.
Provide administrative support by updating and organizing files, drafting and proofreading correspondence, and conducting research.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Ability to adapt and collaborate effectively as a team player.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute.
Proficient in Google Workspace.
Tech-savvy with a proactive approach to learning new tools.
Warm, patient demeanor with excellent communication skills.
1-3 years of relevant office experience, preferably in administrative or clerical roles.
High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred.
Strong writing skills and ability to assist with word processing tasks as needed.
Capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Valid driver’s license required.
Proficient in computer operations and general office equipment.
