DIVE INTO THIS 1099 CONTRACTOR ROLE
You'll work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. As our Construction Sales Estimator, your day starts from home - no need to check in at a central location. You'll head directly to job sites around the Denver area, where you'll meet with clients, assess the scope of work, and gather the details you need to deliver accurate and compelling estimates. You'll prepare detailed cost analyses, manage bid submissions, and ensure each proposal is both competitive and profitable. Whether you're analyzing materials and labor costs or finalizing budgets, you're the linchpin between client expectations and successful project execution. Your work not only wins projects - it lays the foundation for them to succeed.
