About the Role:

As a Truck Wash Attendant here at Hammer Lane Truck Wash, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service while ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness for our customers. We specialize in washing larger vehicles including trucks, buses, recreational vehicles, and many other types of oversize vehicles here at our brand new state of the art truck wash location in Brush, CO. You'll be working as a team to wash customers' vehicles using both automatic and manual equipment types. Other responsibilities may include guiding vehicles safely through the wash process, assisting customers with wash options, and maintaining the truck wash facility to ensure a top-notch five star experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vehicle Washing & Maintenance:
  • Inspect large vehicles to confirm they are ready for the selected wash type noting any existing damage.
  • Safely guide and assist drivers into the wash bay using clear hand signals and audible cues when necessary.
  • Perform pre-wash and post-wash prep and treatment as needed, helping to ensure that all vehicles meet quality standards upon wash completion.
  • Maintain a consistent wash speed during peak times, ensuring quick and efficient service getting drivers back on the road.
  • Perform opening and closing duties to ensure the wash is ready for business.
  • Customer Service Excellence:
  • Greet customers warmly and explain available wash packages.
  • Upsell additional services to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Handle transactions and direct customers on how to make appropriate payment.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care.
  • Facility Maintenance & Safety:
  • Keep wash bays, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.
  • Follow all safety protocols to ensure the safety of yourself, team members, vendors, and customers.
  • Monitor and restock soaps and supplies, reporting low inventory to management
  • Complete routine maintenance including cleaning of bays and equipment during slow periods or at closing time.
  • Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly.

  • Reliable & Dependable: Punctual and consistent, with minimal attendance issues.
  • Physical Stamina:
  • Regularly required to sit, walk, stand, bend, lift and/or climb, reach with hands and arms.
  • Regularly required to talk or hear, sometimes in a loud environment.
  • Regularly required to lift heavy weight (50 pounds or greater) above shoulder height and occasionally heavy weights (250 pounds or greater) along ground.
  • Maintain an upright standing position for an excess of 8 hours.
  • Finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination required.
  • Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, ability to adjust or focus.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • No prior experience required—on-the-job training will be provided.
  • Ability to follow instructions and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintenance, mechanical or similar may be helpful but not required.

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
