Amassing over 1.3 million subscribers and over 500 million views in 2 years, our hit show Financial Audit is one of the fastest growing channels on the internet.
As a junior producer, you’ll make sure we’re providing the BEST content to our audience and members as possible.
This is a creative first role and the team will be reliant on you to keep the content fun and engaging.

Responsibilities
- Working with the team to produce high quality content for our membership shows.
- Analyzing KPIs and channel performance to recommend the best course of action.
- Working closely with leadership to create content strategy for the membership and various shows.
- Ensuring production schedule stays consistent and that team members are in the right place at the right time.
- Helping with the execution of content, both on sets, and in pre-production especially for member content.
- Improving the paid member experience.
What Makes You a Fit
- Must be in the Austin area or willing to relocate.
- Must have a strong creative mind.
- Experience working in fast paced production environments with tight turnarounds.
- Ability to provide educated critiques and provide informed feedback.
- Basic understanding and familiarity with the YouTube platform
- Must be flexible.
- Must be an effective and professional communicator, written and verbal.
