A prestigious global financial institution is presently seeking an experienced Operational Risk Manager to join their team. In this high profile role, you'll partner with the business to proactively manage operational risks.
What you'll do:
- Implement the Operational Risk Management Framework.
- Coordinate risk self-assessments, risk scans, deep dives, control reviews, and risk decisions.
- Ensure the quality of risk data in group-wide tools.
- Report on risk frameworks, decisions, and the business risk profile to management.
What you bring:
- Proven years of experience in operational risk management with a large bank.
- Strong understanding of Op Risk frameworks and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with risk management tools.
Must live within reasonable commuting distance to midtown Manhattan.
