Job Description
Hammerhead Construction is seeking a Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction management, project management, and/or estimating. This position will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of Hammerhead Construction projects from start to finish, including contract administration, invoicing, scheduling, processing submittals and documenting the project. The Project Manager will also be responsible for keeping the client and team informed throughout the entire process.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of Hammerhead Construction projects from start to finish
- Work with subcontractors and vendors to ensure that project requirements are met
- Manage all necessary resources for the project (subcontractors, architects, engineers, etc.)
- Keep track of budget and expenses while managing multiple projects at one time
- Keep track of changes in schedule or specifications while working with project teams on a daily basis
- Ensure that all work is completed in a timely manner while adhering to quality standards

Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
